This past week
Well... hmmm let's see. I stood in line for 3.5 hours to see Nicholas Sparks AGAIN!!! lol His new book, True Believer, came out on Tuesday and i just couldn't help myself. LOL
I must have talked him up a little too much at work. I ended up carrying 7 books to get signed for friends, family, and one library patron.
Also i think i got my book from First Look (HarperCollins), The Devil's Corner by Lisa Scottoline. It doesnt come out til June but i got the ARE (advanced reading edition) *happy dance* I have the opportunity to review it. NOW i just need to put down all the other books i have half read to be able to read it. Too bad im not really really good with reviews. I tend to read books too fast sometimes because i'll miss little details that other people talk about.

Current Reads:
im rather bad at sticking to the books i say im reading next. I've put down The Truth about Love only to start the library book my mother just finished, Vanishing Acts by Jodi Picoult.
Only to read a new book yesterday and today since im out of town.
I never take library books on trips with me. Im visiting with my b/f and playing on his computer since he had to go to work. It always sounds bad when i say this but seem like i always read more in a shorter amount of time when im visiting him.
I've brought a handful of books with me to read including The Truth about Love so i might be able to finish that one this weekend (or not). Ive brought shorter books to read too so i may just knock those out first.
When i get home on Sunday, im gonna be playing with all my books anyway. I got my dad to bring a 5 shelf bookcase home for me. I couldn't resist in was only 30 bucks and i do need more bookshelves to actually put books on instead of my vast collections of frogs and Eeyore.
well i think i'll go start reading again.

Shirley Jump
After i read one of her books, i just wanna go out and buy more. Only draw back is i think i have the majority of her romance novels. LOL
I just finished The Devil Served Tortellini..... and now im famished.
Shirley Jump if anyone wants to check her stuff out. She just can't write fast enough for me.

Old and New
The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde.
It took me a while to wade through this book. Alternate Worlds for Literary proportions. Moving in and out of literary novels, changing the story line in the books and more. While i may finish the series, i'm not gonna start on the second book for a while.
Good News is i just found out i get to review Lisa Scottoline's new book, Devil's Corner. HarperCollins is sending it to me. *HAPPY DANCE* I joined the FirstLook program. You get to sign up for chances to read all sorts of new books before their published to the public. I've been in this program for about a year i guess and this is the first time i've won from them.
I've won before from BantamDell, last summer. I was able to review 2 books for them.
While i'm not greedy, i just love to get new books before they're out in the stores.
I'm hoping to win Haunted by Kelley Armstong but even if i dont im still gonna rush out and buy it. I've become an addict.
Hi, my name is Beth and I'm a bookaholic. lol
As for my next book to read, i started reading The Truth about Love by Stephanie Laurens and Every Boy's Got One by Meg Cabot.
