Review: Everywhere That Mary Went

Everywhere That Mary Went
                                  by Lisa Scottoline

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

My Review:
This is the first book for Ms. Scottoline from back in 1993. I'd been meaning to read this one for a REALLY long time lol. It's also the first book in her "Rosato & Associates" series. I love her other books in this series so when I finally found a copy of this one I snapped it up on my Nook.

It was just ok for me. Too many secondary characters in my opinion. I'm glad that her writing has definitely gotten better. I remember reading some of Scottoline's books in this series and enjoying them immensely. From what I recall, the firm is mainly made up of women. So now it's on to the next in the series.

From LisaScottline.com: "In Everywhere That Mary Went Mary DiNunzio has been slaving away for the past eight years trying to make partner in her cutthroat Philadelphia law firm. She's too busy to worry about the crank phone calls that she's been getting — until they fall into a sinister pattern. The phone rings as soon as she gets to work, then as soon as she gets home. Mary can't shake the sensation that someone is watching her, following her every move. The shadowboxing turns deadly when her worst fears are realized, and she has to fight for something a lot more important than partnership — her life."
